Cake Mix – WHEAT Flour (Raising Agents E341, E500, with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Sugar, EGG, Margarine with vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm, coconut, sunflower oil), Butter (MILK).

Cake Fillings – Our cakes have flavoured filling between the layers and between the cake and the icing. Jam is also used in the vanilla cakes and Lemon Curd in the Lemon cakes. All ingredients are below:

Jam – Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Strawberry Puree, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Natural Flavour, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Colour: Anthocyanin.

Light Chocolate – Icing Sugar, Cocoa Powder, cake margarine (Vegetable oils (palm, Rapeseed), Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Flavouring; Colour: Annatto, Curcumin.

Icing – Sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rape), glucose syrup, Humectants (E420, E422), water, Stabilisers (E413, E415), flavouring, colour (E171), Emulsifier (E472©), Acidity regulators (E270, E325), Preservative (E202).

Edible Ink – Water, Humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colors (E122-carmoisine, E133, E102-tartrazine, E124-ponceau), acidity regulator(E330).
